Moody Monday

Homemade Chicken and Egg Caesar salad 
Pomegranate Tart Cherry Juice for detox

I'm back on track with eating healthy and working out, and I must say I feel pretty darn good. I did 45 minutes of POP Pilates (if you get too tired of her chattiness just mute it and blast your own music in the background), walked over to the supermarket then a light jog/walk to the Galleria and back. Dinner was light, two bowls of steamed vegetables and soup. I'm currently sipping on Yogi green tea ..mm mm good.
